When you see an apt you like from this site you should contact me and I will contact the sellers broker for you and arrange for you to see the apt. If you decide to purchase the apt I get 1/2 of the sellers commission. If you don't buy the apt I get nothing. If you use this site and contact the seller's broker directly I get nothing.
